We have been serving the construction industry for over 30 years.

What is the turn around time for payment?

If we receive your voucher by Friday, you will have a check no later than Wednesday

of the following week.

If we receive your voucher by Wednesday, you will have a check no later than Friday.

This is also contingent on if you/bank have requested inspections.

Do you take care of lien releases?

Yes. On the back of every voucher are lien releases. They must be signed in order

to receive payment.

Do you track Change Orders?

Yes. However, we need a copy of the signed change order and where the funds will

be coming from.

How many inspections do you do per project?

That is totally up to the owner/bank. If they want us to do inspections before

payment, we will do as they ask.
