AFC is uniquely qualified to perform construction inspections for our clients. We hold a Class 1 license issued by the Division of the State Architect. Using all the latest technology our photos of the construction phases are taken digitally and can be emailed same day.

AFC Inspectors have a combined 50 years of hands on building experience. AFC inspectors have been involved with Multi-Million dollar commercial projects as well as hundreds of high-end residence projects; their vast experience has comforted many owners/financial institutions through the years.

AFC is not responsible for construction progress or quality of construction. The builder is solely responsible for the construction project. Our fees are competitive and quoted upon request.
